The course is designed for students for whom the following statement is true:
I can speak about basic things like work, family and school. I can ask and answer simple questions. I can write an e-mail to book accommodation for my holiday and I can read the answer.

  • The combination of various materials from different sources – Internet, Newspapers, Magazines, News, Conversation books

How will the course be taught?

  • You will speak only in English
  • The teacher is a native speaker who does not speak Czech
  • The course is designed for students who need to talk and don’t want to put emphasis on grammar
  • Less attention will be paid to grammar than in general English courses. The teacher will explain any grammar that gives the students trouble and which inhibits conversation
  • Every lesson, the conversation will take place on a different topic, to be selected at the beginning of the course
  • The teacher will offer a list of topics from which you can choose during the first class. Students can also suggest themes.

  • Doprava MHD: Metro trasa A, Hradčanská a pak asi 4 minuty pěšky podél tramvaje směrem k Pražskému hradu. Učebny jsou naproti izraelskému velvyslanectví.
  • Doprava autem: Parkování v modré zóně na parkovacích hodinách, větší parkoviště je v ulici Na Valech.

Madison Lacoursiere

Energická a usměvavá lektorka Madison Lacoursiere pochází z Kanady. Ve Vancouveru vystudovala matematiku a historii a během studia pracovala jako asistentka učitele na kanadské střední škole. V Praze Madison absolvovala lektorský kurz TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) a začala se naplno věnovat učení. Madison nejraději učí dospělé a dospívající studenty. Z jejích hodin budete odcházet s úsměvem a nabití energií.
