English camp for kids

Children spend 100% of the five day non-residential camp with a native English speaker. They gain self confidence when speaking English, improve their pronunciation, meet new friends and participate in summer activities outside of class.

Who will lead the course?

The camp is lead by a native speaker.

How does the teaching work?

Mornings: Children study with a native English speaker. Children learn English naturally through role playing, games, competitions, songs, discussions and exercises. They have fun and learn at the same time.
Afternoons: Children have lunch at a nearby restaurant. Afterwards, they leave for activities outside the classroom with a native English speaker and a Czech activity leader. They practice new words and phrases during afternoon activities. Children return to their classroom by 4,30 pm and play until they are picked up by their parents by 5,00pm.

Afternoon activities

There is a different activity every day:

• Sports afternoon
• Museum tour with activities in English
• Outdoor adventurous game
• Petrin/Dablice Observatory
   

The activities may vary (for example due to the weather).

What contains price?

• 56 teaching hours of English with a native speaker
• Czech activity leader available all day,
• entrance fee to all afternoon activities,
• morning and afternoon snacks,
• lunch and healthy hydration.

What else I need too know?

• The camp is suitable for kids from 7 to 11 years old (after 1st grade).
• Groups of 8-14 children.
• Drop-offs possible between 8,30 and 9,00 am. You can pick up your children between 4,30 and 5,00 pm.
• Required level of English: beginner to pre-intermediate.
• Loyalty discount: CZK 500 for our current students.
• Sibling discount: CZK 500 for each sibling.
• Bring a friend discount: CZK 500 for one of the pair.
• Discounts cannot be combined.
